Team

Our Team (Constantinos Stavropoulos, Petros Siakotos-Konstantinidis and Constantine Poulios) combines an abundant wealth of know-how and experience in investment banking, interim executive management, advisory, and restructuring/reorganization for growth in various business sectors. Collectively, we have a thorough understanding of the Greek business landscape and a strong base of international know-how, based on our compatible and complimentary experiences.

Constantinos Stavropoulos, President & CEO, represents the company to all involved stakeholders and oversees and manages Fund’s daily operations. Petros Siakotos-Konstantinidis, Board Member, concentrates on the investment process (deal sourcing, investments, portfolio companies), as well as fund operations. Constantine Poulios, Board Member, primarily focuses on investors, deal sourcing and stakeholder management. All our Key Executives comprise the Investment Committee and participate in other internal committees (Risk Management and ESG).

Constantinos Stavropoulos

President & CEO

Constantinos has extensive experience in Interim Executive Management and Advisory. His project portfolio has focused mainly on strategic innovation, corporate strategy, business planning / analysis and deal transaction support. Since 1987, he has worked in Greece and USA with Auditing Firms, Small Business Development Centers, Big4 Consultancies (KPMG and EY) and multinational groups (Printec). He is a Certified Interim CEO, an Emeritus Certified Management Consultant and has served as Board Member and Lead Delegate at the Institute of Management Consultants USA for seven years. Constantinos graduated from the American College of Greece (B.S. in Business Administration) and from Washington State University (M.B.A. in Management) with honors.

Petros Siakotos-Konstantinidis

Board Member

Petros has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance fields with various renowned international financial institutions (Barclays, Salomon Brothers, HSBC, Credit Suisse, UBS). He has also worked with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD Athens) on the deployment of its Greek strategy, equity and debt financing of Greek manufacturing and services companies. He has arranged financing/refinancing for numerous projects, sourced deal transactions in various industry sectors and originated and executed capital raising transactions for industrial groups. Petros graduated from Yale College (B.A. magna cum laude, Economics and History of Art) and UCLA Graduate School of Management (MBA in International Finance and General Management).

Constantine Poulios

Board Member

Constantine has worked since 1997 for various multinational companies in Greece and U.S.A. (e.g., EY, Grant Thornton). For two years he served in the Ministry of Development as Director of the Secretary’s Cabinet. During his career, he has advised large multinational companies, public sector organizations and banks in Greece and the Southeast Europe region, mainly in the pharma, retail, construction and investments sector. He is well versed in business, investment, legal and tax matters. Additionally, he has developed and cultivated trustworthy professional and collegial networks in the business and investment community (Greece and overseas). Constantine holds a Law Diploma from the National University of Athens and a Master of Law from Northwestern University, Chicago, U.S.A.
